Minimum booking age is 25. The primary guest must be 25 years or older. Maximum Occupancy: Up to 5 guests only. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Respect the Property: Please treat the home with care and follow any additional instructions provided.

Please note: the road leading to the property is steep, as is common in the Smoky Mountains. It is mostly paved with a short stretch of gravel. Most standard vehicles access the cabin without issue. Starter supplies are provided for the first day or two. Additional supplies can be purchased locally if needed.
